Pierre International Model and Photography Studios is a photography studios as well as an attachment to Pierre International Model Management. The Pierre International Model and Photography Studios will be the one stop shop for all new models, with a team of photographers who are in the business of knowing what it takes to make the model more marketable. Once they have a portfolio that works for them they will be put through an evaluation to see which direction is next for them to go through our schooling or to be placed in our management group, Pierre International Model Management. We also work with Special Talents, a special division set up to help those who are talented in obtaining work once we have built a successful clientele roaster. Although, there are many areas, all of those areas will be elucidated to the models and talent we sign so that they will choose properly which is field best for them. After completing a job through us all models and talent with have dues that and to be rendered at 20%. Pierre International Models Management Department of the company will make sure that we send only the look that the client is looking for. The areas of models we represent will include High Fashion, Print of both Fashion-Editorial and Commercial-Catalog, International (by 2009), in addition to kids modeling and acting opportunities. The kids represented will range from four years old and up, long as our company can provide bookings. There will be a staff of team members of Pierre International Model and Photography Studios, which is also our schooling, that will host meeting and training to enhance your knowledge into the business each session will cost $25-$50 per model (free to all parents for ages 4-13) and the same rate for any parent who wants to gain the same knowledge for there own purposes. Which basically will be educating the models, but this will only be available certain times of the year. This company will be nothing but a successful empire that will go international within a five-year span. Once we have obtain fashion designers, photographers, make-up and hair stylist, and models/talents, we will set up an office in the New York area as the head international office, with both capabilities of being a managing team and schooling. Headquarters will be in Jacksonville, Florida, which will be coming soon by spring 2007, with capabilities of keeping the transition of models and working models stable enough to grow through out all the major fashion-entertainment capitals. We are currently Internet based with offices coming nation-wide. There will be offices to come in the following cities: Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, Ga and Orlando, FL. International offices will be set up in London, Paris, India, and Bahamas to name a few. The Big offices will have each included a photography studio, a studio area for the talent represented either for casting hosting and one for studios to record for singers, and all other musicians, rooms for modeling running way showcase, waiting areas, agents offices, and a gorgeous make-up room. While, the smaller branched offices will have the needs of what it is, which will include. Along with what we here will call our designers closets the office space for designers to actually work on their ideas.
